Brief Introduction
The 5t seawater desalination system Ro purifier water purification system integrated seawater desalination equipment is a highly integrated and intelligent seawater treatment device, capable of stably producing 5 tons of fresh water that meets drinking or industrial water standards within 24 hours. This equipment takes Reverse Osmosis (RO for short) technology as its core, combined with advanced pretreatment systems, post-treatment systems and intelligent control systems, and can be widely applied in scenarios such as the supply of domestic water on islands, water for industrial production along the coast, and freshwater replenishment for ocetion-going vessels. Through modular design, it integrates the complex seawater desalination process flow into a compact space, occupies a small area, is easy to install, can quickly adapt to different application environments, and effectively solves the problem of freshwater resource shortage.
Equipment Features
High efficiency and energy conservation: By adopting low-energy-consuming reverse osmosis membrane elements and an optimized system design, the energy consumption during the operation of the equipment has been reduced. Compared with traditional seawater desalination technology, the power consumption of this equipment is significantly reduced, effectively saving operating costs, and at the same time reducing carbon emissions, which is in line with the concept of green environmental protection.
Stable and reliable: It is equipped with a complete pretreatment system. Through multi-stage filtration such as multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, and precision filters, it can effectively remove suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, residual chlorine and other impurities in seawater, providing a good operating environment for reverse osmosis membranes, extending the service life of membrane elements, and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment. In addition, the equipment is equipped with an automatic fault diagnosis and alarm function. Once an abnormal situation occurs, the system can promptly shut down and issue an alarm, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and solve the problem.
The quality of the produced fresh water is excellent, with all indicators meeting or exceeding the national drinking water hygiene standard (GB 5749-2022) and relevant standards for industrial water use. It can effectively remove harmful substances such as salt, bacteria, viruses and heavy metal ions from seawater, ensuring water safety and quality, and meeting the water needs of different users.
Easy operation: The equipment adopts a fully automated control system. The operator only needs to set the operation parameters on the control panel, and the equipment can automatically complete a series of processes such as seawater extraction, pretreatment, reverse osmosis desalination, and post-treatment. Meanwhile, the control system also features data recording and remote monitoring functions. Users can view the real-time operation status of the equipment, water production volume, water quality data and other information through their mobile phones or computers, achieving remote management and operation and reducing the cost of manual management.
Strong adaptability: It can adapt to seawater environments of different salinities and water qualities. Whether it is high-turbidity seawater in the near sea or high-salinity seawater far from the mainland, it can operate stably. The modular design of the equipment enables users to flexibly adjust the water production capacity of the equipment according to their actual water usage needs. By increasing or decreasing the number of reverse osmosis membrane modules, the water production capacity of the equipment can be expanded or reduced.
Equipment Principle
The core principle of this equipment is reverse osmosis technology, which is a separation technology based on semi-permeable membranes. Semi-permeable membranes have the characteristic of allowing only solvent (water) molecules to pass through while blocking solute (salt, etc.) molecules. Under natural conditions, water will diffuse from the side of the low-concentration solution (fresh water) to the side of the high-concentration solution (seawater) through a semi-permeable membrane. This phenomenon is called osmosis. Reverse osmosis, on the other hand, applies a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure of the seawater on the seawater side, forcing water molecules in the seawater to pass through a semi-permeable membrane and reverse permeate to the freshwater side, thereby achieving the separation of salt and water.
