Equipment Introduction:
The pure solar integrated sewage treatment equipment is an intelligent sewage treatment system that uses solar energy as the main energy source to drive. It combines solar power generation technology with sewage treatment processes, does not require an external power grid, and can operate independently in remote areas, regions without power supply, or scenarios with high environmental protection requirements. The equipment integrates multiple links such as water quality pretreatment, biochemical treatment, sedimentation filtration and disinfection, and can effectively remove organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus, suspended solids and pathogenic microorganisms in sewage, ultimately achieving the purification and recycling of sewage.

Modular structure: Each processing unit can be independently inspected and maintained, making maintenance convenient. The core components such as membrane modules are made of anti-pollution materials and have a long cleaning cycle.
Strong corrosion resistance: The main body of the equipment is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, stainless steel and other materials, which are anti-aging and corrosion-resistant, and the service life can reach 10 to 15 years.

Working Principle:
The core principle of the pure solar integrated sewage treatment equipment is the synergistic effect of solar energy power supply drive + biochemical treatment + physical filtration. The specific process is as follows:
Solar energy supply system
1.Photovoltaic modules: They convert light energy into electrical energy through solar panels and store it in batteries or directly supply power to equipment units (such as water pumps, aeration fans, agitators, etc.).
Intelligent control unit: It automatically adjusts the power distribution based on the light intensity and equipment operation requirements to ensure the stable operation of the system.
2. Sewage treatment process
(1) Pretreatment stage
Grid filtration: Mechanical grids are used to remove large particle impurities (such as branches, plastic bags, etc.) from sewage to prevent clogging of subsequent pipelines.
Regulating tank: Temporarily stores sewage and balances the water quality and quantity to create stable conditions for subsequent treatment.
(2) Biochemical treatment stage
Anaerobic reaction: When wastewater enters the anaerobic tank, in an anaerobic environment, anaerobic bacteria decompose large-molecule organic matter into small-molecule substances (such as methane and fatty acids), reducing the COD load.
Aerobic reaction: The wastewater that has undergone anaerobic treatment flows into the aerobic tank, where oxygen is provided to microorganisms through aeration (powered by solar wind turbines). Aerobic bacteria further decompose organic matter and remove ammonia nitrogen through nitrification.
Biofilm method/activated sludge method: Fillers or activated sludge are set up in the tank to provide space for microorganisms to attach and grow, thereby improving the treatment efficiency.
(3) Advanced processing stage
Sedimentation and filtration: The mixed liquid enters the sedimentation tank, and the sludge settles to the bottom of the tank (part of it is recycled to the anaerobic/aerobic tank, and the remaining sludge is discharged regularly). The supernatant is further filtered through devices such as quartz sand and activated carbon to remove suspended solids and color.
Membrane treatment (optional) : MBR membrane modules are adopted to retain microorganisms and fine particles through membrane separation technology, and the effluent quality can meet the standards for reclaimed water reuse (such as for irrigation, landscape water, etc.).
(4) Disinfection stage
Pathogenic microorganisms are killed through methods such as ultraviolet disinfection (powered by solar energy) or the addition of sodium hypochlorite to ensure the safety of the effluent.
(5) Sludge treatment
The settled sludge is regularly discharged into the sludge tank. Through anaerobic digestion or drying treatment, the volume of the sludge is reduced and it can eventually be used as raw material for organic fertilizer.
