Working principle
The principle of solar power supply: Solar energy is converted into electrical energy through solar photovoltaic panels and stored in batteries to provide power for the operation of sewage treatment equipment, such as aeration, reflux, and stirring equipment.
The principle of sewage treatment: Draw on and transform traditional mature sewage treatment processes, such as anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic and other biological treatment processes, and utilize the action of microorganisms to decompose and remove organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants in sewage, strengthen the treatment of nitrogen and phosphorus, and improve the efficiency and depth of sewage treatment.
Equipment composition
Solar energy supply unit: Composed of solar photovoltaic panels, battery packs, photoelectric dual-purpose control cabinets, etc., it is responsible for converting solar energy into electrical energy and storing and distributing the electrical energy to supply the operation of equipment.
Pretreatment unit: It usually includes a grid, which is used to intercept larger suspended fibers and particulate impurities in the sewage to protect the subsequent equipment. There is also a regulating tank, which can balance the water quality and quantity, and buffer the fluctuations in the flow and concentration of sewage.
Biological treatment units: Common ones include anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks and aerobic tanks. In the anaerobic tank, organic matter in the sewage undergoes processes such as hydrolysis and acidification under the action of anaerobic microorganisms. In the anoxic tank, facultative anaerobic microorganisms are utilized to degrade pollutants and carry out denitrification for nitrogen removal. The aerobic tank further decomposes organic matter through the metabolic action of aerobic microorganisms, converting ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen.
Sedimentation unit: Generally, vertical flow sedimentation tanks or other types of sedimentation tanks are used to separate solids and liquids from the wastewater after biological treatment, so that the suspended solids content in the effluent meets the standards. Part of the settled sludge is recycled to the biological treatment unit, and the rest enters the sludge tank.
Sludge treatment unit: It includes a sludge tank, which is used for storing and digesting the sludge produced by sedimentation. The sludge undergoes nitrification at room temperature in the sludge tank, and the supernatant is recycled to the contact oxidation tank for further treatment. The remaining sludge is regularly cleared and transported away.
Disinfection unit: It adopts methods such as ultraviolet disinfection and chlorine dioxide disinfection to disinfect and sterilize the treated sewage, killing bacteria and viruses in the water to ensure that the effluent quality meets the discharge standards.
