It can operate normally in severe weather conditions such as extreme cold, heat, wind, sand, rain and snow, and has a wide range of applications.
Working principle
1.The principle of solar energy utilization
Photothermal conversion: The system is equipped with highly efficient solar collectors, which convert solar energy into thermal energy through selective absorption coatings. This thermal energy can be used to heat wastewater, enhance the activity of microorganisms in the wastewater treatment process, and accelerate the reaction speed of biological treatment. It can also be used to heat air, providing a heat source for subsequent processes such as evaporation and concentration, and improving treatment efficiency.
Photovoltaic power generation: Solar panels convert solar energy into electrical energy and store it in energy storage devices such as batteries. This electrical energy provides power for the pumps, fans, agitators, control systems and other equipment of the entire wastewater treatment system, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment. When there is insufficient light, the electricity in the energy storage device can maintain the continuous operation of the equipment, ensuring the uninterrupted treatment of wastewater.
2. Principle of Wastewater Treatment
Pretreatment stage: The wastewater first enters the grid tank, where larger suspended solids and floating objects such as branches and plastic waste are intercepted and removed through the grid to prevent these debris from clogging the subsequent treatment equipment. Subsequently, the wastewater flows into the grit chamber, where the gravitational force causes the denser sand particles to settle down, further purifying the water quality.
Biological treatment stage: The pre-treated wastewater enters the biological reaction tank, where a large number of active microorganisms are cultivated. Under aerobic conditions, aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter in wastewater into carbon dioxide and water through metabolic activities. Under anoxic or anaerobic conditions, anaerobic and anoxic microorganisms can remove nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater, reducing the risk of water eutrophication.
Advanced treatment stage: The wastewater after biological treatment enters the advanced treatment unit, where residual pollutants are further removed through processes such as filtration, adsorption, and disinfection. For instance, the odor and residual organic matter in water can be removed through activated carbon adsorption. Ultraviolet or ozone disinfection is utilized to kill harmful microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses in water, ensuring that the effluent quality meets the discharge standards.
