Brings 20ft and 40ft Solar-Powered Container Beverage Shops to Volume Production — Open for Business in as Little as 72

Baolv Optoelectronichas announced that its solar-only container beverage shops, the [BL-200] (20 ft) and [BL-200] (40 ft), have entered volume production. Built on standard ISO shipping containers, each unit is fully fitted out at the factory — structure, plumbing and wiring, photovoltaics, battery storage, water purification and bar equipment. On site, only a level surface and basic anchoring are required; the shop can be trading within as little as 72 hours.

All electrical loads are served by rooftop and deployable side-wing PV arrays combined with battery storage, enabling fully off-grid operation. Ice making, espresso extraction, refrigeration, lighting and air conditioning are orchestrated by an intelligent energy management system that protects core equipment first. Drinking water is produced on board by the integrated purification system, with no reliance on a municipal supply.

The [BL-200] targets high-throughput grab-and-go locations such as scenic areas, campsites and highway service plazas. The [BL-400] adds seated space and room for barista training, suiting flagship or mobile brand formats. Both models support customisation of exterior livery, interior workflow, equipment list and menu configuration, and are available on an OEM/ODM basis.

The container is engineered to sea and road transport standards, allowing it to be crane-lifted and relocated repeatedly to follow seasonal footfall or temporary events. The envelope uses an insulated sandwich panel, with [optional] high-temperature variants featuring enhanced insulation and condensate management for ambient conditions above 45°C.
