(Baolv Solar / ABG) today highlighted real-world deployments of its two flagship off-grid systems: the PV + Storage Mobile Modular Container Building and the Pure Solar Direct Drinking Water Station — now operating together across project sites in Asia, Africa and Europe.
The two products share a common energy DNA: high-efficiency monocrystalline PV, LiFePO₄ battery storage, grid-forming hybrid inverter and IoT-based energy management. This unified architecture allows a single site to deploy a livable, climate-controlled workspace and a WHO-grade water source — without trenching a single cable or burning a liter of diesel.
PV + Storage Container Buildings: "A Microgrid With Walls"
Baolv's mobile modular buildings are shipped as 20ft or 40ft ISO containers, optionally fitted with fold-out side wings for expanded floor area. Rooftop PV (6–30 kWp) feeds a 20–120 kWh lithium bank. The system forms its own AC grid, powering HVAC, LED lighting, satellite communications, CCTV, medical refrigeration and workstation loads.

Pure Solar Direct Drinking Water Station: Sunlight In, Drinking Water Out
Adjacent to the container buildings, Baolv's water stations process 500–10,000 liters per day through multi-stage treatment: sediment filtration → activated carbon → RO/UF membrane → UV/ozone disinfection. Raw water sources include wells, rainwater, lakes and municipal supply.
Key operational features:
- Zero grid dependency — 100% solar with battery backup for night/cloudy operation
- IoT remote monitoring — TDS, flow rate, filter life, battery SOC, fault alerts via smartphone
- Water ATM option — QR code, RFID card or coin payment for pay-per-liter operation
- Localized pre-treatment — arsenic/salinity reduction for Bangladesh, turbidity handling for Ghana, CE-compliant materials for Poland
Deployed Together: A Complete Off-Grid Node
When the container building and water station are co-located, they form a self-sufficient node:
- Staff sleep, eat and work inside the climate-controlled solar container
- The water station supplies drinking water, cooking water and beverage-preparation water
- Excess solar from the water station's PV canopy can back-feed the container's loads via shared DC bus
- Total site OPEX: near zero (filter replacement + occasional battery maintenance only)
