Introduction to Solar Push-Flow Aeration Technology
1. System Composition and Principle
This technology integrates the two functions of "fine bubble aeration" and "solar circulation", and its core includes:
Solar power supply system: It converts solar energy into electrical energy through photovoltaic panels to drive aeration devices (such as micro-porous aeration heads) and flow promotion equipment (such as submersible mixers).
High-oxygen fine bubble generating device: It uses ultrafine porous materials (such as ceramics, nanofibers) or special cutting techniques to produce ultrafine bubbles with a diameter of ≤0.5mm. The bubbles have a high oxygen content (close to saturated dissolved oxygen), which can rapidly increase the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration in water to 6-8mg/L.
Circulation system: Through solar-driven impellers or water jet devices, a circulating water flow is formed in the tank to prevent sludge sedimentation and enhance the mixing of bubbles and sewage at the same time.
2. Technical advantages
This technology combines new energy with efficient aeration and is suitable for sewage treatment scenarios in remote areas, where power supply is unstable or low-carbon operation is required (such as rural domestic sewage and decentralized sewage treatment stations).
Characteristics
Energy-saving and low-carbon solar power supply does not require an external power grid. Its operating energy consumption is reduced by more than 80% compared with traditional electric aeration systems, and its carbon emissions are close to zero, which is in line with the concept of green water treatment.
The oxygen transfer efficiency is outstanding. The specific surface area of ultrafine bubbles is more than 10 times that of ordinary bubbles, and the oxygen transfer efficiency can reach 30% to 40%. Under the same aeration volume, the DO increase speed is faster, which can shorten the sewage treatment cycle.
The combined effect of flow promotion and aeration: The flow promotion system enables the sewage to form a continuous circulation, preventing the accumulation and floating of bubbles, prolonging the retention time of bubbles in the water (up to 10-15 minutes), and at the same time preventing sludge deposition, enhancing the stability of the treatment system.
Intelligent and highly adaptable integrated solar controller, which can automatically adjust the operating power according to the intensity of light. Some systems are equipped with DO sensors to provide real-time feedback and optimize aeration volume to adapt to fluctuations in water quality.
Easy to install and simple to maintain, the modular design does not require complex infrastructure. The solar panels can be set up by the pool or on the water surface. There is no risk of clogging like traditional aeration heads (ultra-fine bubble generating devices mostly use anti-fouling materials), and the maintenance cycle can be extended to 1-2 years.
It is widely applicable in various scenarios, especially suitable for sewage treatment in rural and mountainous areas without power supply, or ecological governance projects with strict requirements for noise and energy consumption (such as the restoration of black and odorous water bodies and the purification of landscape water bodies).
